Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:
     ●      items that are not re-saleable

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note
     ●     You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 14 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items. Only if the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the product.
     ●      You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the product back to OriēnMir. Should a product be damaged whilst it is being shipped to you, take a photograph and send it to [email protected]. OriēnMir will provide you with a full refund once proof has been received. Please ensure that all returned items are sent as a tracked delivery to ensure your return is received safely. OriēnMir cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.
     ●      In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for OriēnMir to process refund. Please email [email protected] in advance of your intention to return or change a product. We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey, and we recommend you keep proof of your return until the refund has been processed as it may be required.
     ●     Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has begun processing. In order to promptly deliver our product, the processing of an order commences almost immediately once you have submitted your order. Should you make an error when ordering a product we can exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original and saleable condition. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
     ●     For any items you believe to be faulty or damaged, please send photos and videos to [email protected] within five business days. Our customer care will advise further.
     ●     We do not accept cancellations once an order has been dispatched. We are unable to cancel shipment. You will need to return your order in their original, unopened and unused condition.
     ●     If you find a product isn’t quite right for you, you can return it to us for a full refund. Any returned facial or body care items must have the main box unopened, and must be sent back within 14 days of being received.
